Your speech stays on your device.
Information in the app
Jibberly does not require an account and does not include advertising or analytics services. Its language models are included with the app, and translation works without an internet connection.
Recordings are held temporarily for speech recognition or creation of a personal voice profile. Your voice profile and preferences are saved in private app storage. Replay audio is cached locally and may be removed by the operating system. Models and voice profiles are excluded from iCloud backup.
Your choices
You can delete your personal voice profile from the voice screen. You control microphone access in your device settings. Removing the app removes its local data.
Purchases
Apple processes purchases and purchase restoration through your App Store account. These actions require internet access. Jibberly reads Apple's verified purchase entitlement to unlock the full version; we do not receive your payment-card details. Apple's services are subject to Apple's privacy policy.
Support messages
If you contact support, we receive the email address and information you choose to send so we can respond to your request. You do not need to send recordings or a voice profile to request help. Avoid including sensitive information.
This website
This support website is separate from the offline app. We have not added advertising, analytics scripts or tracking cookies. Cloudflare hosts this website and may process ordinary web-request information, such as an IP address, to deliver and secure it. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Updates to this policy will appear on this page with a revised effective date.
